A public consultation is being held on the preparation of an outline planning application for a mixed use development comprising up to 375 residential dwellings, primary school (if required), employment land to include a local centre, green infrastructure to include sport and recreation facilities.

Before the application is submitted to Forest of Dean District Council, we are seeking the views of the local community on the draft proposals.

This public consultation has been arranged to present the draft proposals to the local community to receive comments and views on the proposed development.
