THE PROPOSALS

The proposed development comprises a mixed use development of up to 375 residential dwellings, primary school (if required), employment land to include a local centre, green infrastructure to include public open space, sport and recreation facilities.

 

Vehicular access will be provided from Gloucester Street to the majority of the site with the remainder being accessed via Oak Tree Way. Provision for pedestrians and cyclists is also provided as part of the scheme.

 

The proposed development will include a policy compliant level of affordable housing.

                                                                                                                             

The Concept Masterplan shows how the site could be laid out to accommodate the proposed development.
